PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.

  • Shipping Information for our products on Amazon

Many of our products are sold via Pan European Amazon platforms which include; www.amazon.co.uk, www.amazon.de, www.amazon.fr, www.amazon.es and www.amazon.it.  

When you select to checkout with Amazon you will be redirected to the relevant Amazon platform where you can complete the purchase. For these items the respective Amazon platform you use to complete your purchase is responsible for shipping times and cost. Please log into your amazon account or visit the corresponding Amazon website for their terms and conditions in relation to shipping.

For all other items sold via our website the following terms and conditions apply.

(2) Shipping Information – UK

We’ve tried to find the most cost-effective ways to ship your items to you – whilst ensuring that they arrive safe and sound and in a timely manner. We have proof of postage for all items, so in the unlikely event that your order should go astray, we will be able to claim from Royal Mail. If your order is returned to us for non-delivery / non-collection, we may have to charge you again for redelivery. 

We may offer Free Delivery from time to time. Where this applies it will be clearly indicated at check out or on our product pages.

  • 1st class is available for lighter or lower value items, up to 2kg.  It costs £1.50-£2.45 for very small items up to 200g, £3.75 for items between 200g-1kg and £4.95 over 1kg.  Allow 3 to 4 days for receipt.
  • RM Tracked is a 48 hour tracked service, available for all parcels and offers a tracked service which is perfect if you live in a block of flats etc as it offers peace of mind.  It costs £4.50 per order but is free for orders over £50.   We recommend RM Tracked for higher value items.
  • UK Priority Handling is a 48 hour service also using Royal Mail tracked service. It costs £4.95 for all orders.

If you need an order by a deadline date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help you out. We haven’t let anyone down yet!

(3) Shipping Information – EU

We would encourage our EU customers to checkout via Amazon as this is more cost effective and easier for both parties.  For customers who wish for us to ship to the EU the following charges apply;

We offer two different services within the EU.

Royal Mail is our budget service, if you aren’t in a rush and have a smaller order, it costs just £8.95 for orders up to £75, however takes up to 15 working days.

For orders up to 1.7kg – Royal Mail £8.95 (up to 15 working days)

For orders between 1.7-2kg – Royal Mail £15.95 (up to 15 working days)

​**Please note from time to time it may not be possible for us to ship to certain countries due to reasons beyond our control such as war zones.

Orders under £75 – flat rate £13.95

Orders £75 – £150 – flat rate £20.95

Orders over £150 – FREE shipping!

(5) Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your unused purchase for refund or replacement within 30 days of the original shipment date. You may want to insure your return as we can’t be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you paid for your order by credit card, and are returning, not replacing the item, a credit will be issued upon receipt of the product.

In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If any damage has occurred, please keep all articles in their original packaging, as we might need it for insurance purposes. Should we require the damaged item to be returned, then we will reimburse you for the cost. Please do not return damaged items before contacting us.

Important: Refunds can only be credited against the payment method used to make the purchase.

(6) Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order please send an e-mail during normal office hours using the contact form on the contact us page.

If the order has not shipped at the time we receive your request, we will issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, we regret that we cannot call back the articles. Please see the return policy for returning your order and requesting a refund.

(7) Ordering & Payment

We prefer to accept orders online as it is more secure. We offer multi-currency purchases on some of our products (available at checkout) otherwise prices on our site are in GBP and include VAT.

Our accepted payment method is currently Paypal and all payment options Amazon offers if you are checking out using their platform

(8) Non-EU Customers

We accept payments via PayPal. Please note payments will be in GBP and Paypal will apply any currency conversion rates.

We value your confidence in our products and endeavour to provide accurate product information about each item on our site. Please note:

Colours. While we have taken care to choose images which represent the colour of the articles, please be aware that each computer screen will show colours differently.

(10) Delivery


We track stock levels and our store should be able to identify if a particular item is in stock. If not, please send us an e-mail via the contact us page and we’ll let you know when it will be available.

Lost or damaged items

In the unlikely event that anything should go wrong with your delivery, please contact us within 30 days of delivery, as per our instructions above, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Your card security is paramount. Our card processing platforms have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). We adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your customer’s details remain secure throughout the transaction process.

We will NEVER sell your information to third parties, however we will provide some information (name, email address, invoice amount and date and time of purchase) to our referral programme partner. The information is solely used to run the referral programme, improve the content of our web pages and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organisations for commercial purposes.  Information may also be passed to our Digital Marketing agency so that you receive more targeted Facebook advertising.  

It may also be necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service of the specific application, or as otherwise required by law.


You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each emails or by contacting us.

Nurturify.co.uk does not collect any import taxes and/or duties that governments might impose on products shipped to that country, so you are advised to make appropriate arrangements.

We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in the English language only and that no public filing requirements apply.

We cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations if the cause for this delay or failure is beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you are a consumer and you do not live in England or Wales, you can choose for your local law to apply.

We do not exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents and nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude, restrict or limit this liability. We will not in any event be liable for: (a) any economic loss or damage (including loss of profit, revenue, business, contract, goodwill, or other financial loss); or (b) any indirect or consequential loss or damage which is not reasonably foreseeable as likely to occur in the ordinary course of events. Each provision of this clause operates separately. If any part is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or other competent body, the other parts will continue to apply.


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MMLAZ LTD, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers (collectively the “Service Providers”) from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

(25)  PRIZE DRAW (Terms & Conditions).

1. The Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is the random selection of one subscriber (the “Winner”) from the total new subscribers to the Email and phone list of Nurturify (MMLAZ LTD) in a given calendar month.

2. The Prize Draw is open to people aged 16 and over who subscribe by providing their details such as full name, e-mail and mobile phone number.

3. Employees of Nurturify or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw may not enter the Prize Draw.

4. Entrants into the Prize Draw shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

5. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete our subscription form with your full name, Email and mobile phone number.

6. Only one entry per person is permitted. No purchase is necessary. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us on info@nurturify.co.uk.

7. The opening date for entries is 12am (Midnight) on the first day of every calendar month. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59pm on the last day of every month on the twelve monthly calendar. Entries received after this time will be considered for the following month’s prize draw if there is one.

8. One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed at random. The draw will take place on the first of every month unless this Prize Draw has been ended by the Company.

9. The winner will receive the prize described in the prize draw entry form.

10. Nurturify accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

11. The winner will be notified by email or phone (using the details provided at entry) on or before the 15th of the month and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to Nurturify within 14 days of being notified the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Nurturify shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Nurturify shall be entitled to select another winner.

12. Nurturify does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

13. The prize will be sent to the winner by Nurturify by second class post within 14 days of being notified of their win.

14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

15. Nurturify retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

16. The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.

17. Insofar as is permitted by law, Nurturify shall not in any circumstances be responsible for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Nurturify further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s property relating to or resulting from participation in the Prize Draw. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of Nurturify for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

18. Nurturify reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Nurturify in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

19. Nurturify shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

20. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
